By accessing and using this AI Legal Case Analysis service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Our service provides AI-powered analysis of legal documents, including:

• Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for document text extraction
• Audio and video transcription services
• Automated chronology generation
• Witness and party identification
• Legal case analysis and recommendations

3. Payment Terms

A one-time payment of $50 is required before document upload. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and authorize the charge.

4. Automatic Refund Policy

If our AI processing system fails to complete your case analysis for any technical reason, you will automatically receive a full refund within 2 minutes. No manual refund request is required.

5. No Attorney-Client Relationship

IMPORTANT: This service provides AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. Use of this service does NOT create an attorney-client relationship. The analysis provided should not be considered legal advice. Always consult with a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction for legal advice specific to your situation.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We take your privacy seriously:

• All uploaded files are encrypted during transmission and storage
• Your data is automatically deleted 7 days after processing completion
• We do not share, sell, or distribute your information to third parties
• Access to case files is strictly limited to authorized processing systems

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Upload only files you have the legal right to process
• Not use the service for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. File Requirements and Limitations

All case files must be uploaded as a single ZIP file with a maximum size of 100MB. Supported file types include PDF, DOC/DOCX, JPG/PNG, MP3/WAV/M4A, and MP4/MOV.

9. Processing Time

Typical processing time is 5-30 minutes, depending on the volume and complexity of uploaded files. While we strive for timely completion, processing times are estimates and not guarantees.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service ($50).

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

12. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded documents. We retain all rights to our AI analysis systems, software, and methodologies. The analysis reports we generate are provided for your use but may not be reproduced or distributed without attribution.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to any user who violates these terms or engages in abusive behavior.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
